Your Impact:
Innovation only succeeds when great ideas are delivered brilliantly and that’s where this role comes in. As a Senior Innovation Manager, you’ll lead the execution of new product initiatives across multiple categories, ensuring every project moves seamlessly from concept approval to launch.
You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects - guiding them through the Stage-Gate process, aligning cross-functional teams, and maintaining pace through competing priorities. It’s a role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, communicates with influence, and delivers outcomes through strong relationships and disciplined project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex innovation projects across categories including beer, RTD, non-alcoholic, and wine.
- Manage delivery from Gate 0 approval through to launch, ensuring milestones, budgets, and governance steps are met.
- Coordinate collaboration across marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales, removing roadblocks and ensuring alignment.
- Prepare and present clear project updates, gate papers, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement across the innovation process — refining tools, templates, and reporting to lift efficiency and consistency.
About You:
You’re an experienced FMCG project manager who combines structure with adaptability. You know how to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, and manage the detail that makes projects succeed. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG project management, innovation delivery, or supply chain project management execution.
- Strong understanding of the Stage-Gate process or similar innovation frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint and confidence working across different systems.
- Familiarity with Stage-Gate tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to flex across different functions and levels.
- High attention to detail, follow-through and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
