Your Impact

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the team in Welshpool, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, focusing on key areas such as Quality, Cost Efficiency, Delivery, Safety, and Employee Motivation. Your leadership and problem-solving abilities will be essential in managing teams, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead within a dynamic environment where reliability and teamwork are key to achieving operational excellence and delivering high-quality products.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee shift operations and ensure production targets are met in line with the published plan.
  • Manage team performance through coaching, development planning, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and process control through regular checks, documentation, and GMP/HACCP compliance.
  • Monitor raw material usage and inventory levels, and ensure labour and overtime costs remain within budget.
  • Proactively support safety, environmental, and quality systems, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborate with trades, coordinators, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

 

About You

You're a reliable and adaptable individual with strong leadership capability and a calm, solutions-focused approach - even in high-pressure situations. Whether you're an experienced Supervisor or ready to take the next step, you bring:

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to issue resolution.
  • Effective time management and the flexibility to pivot across tasks as priorities shift.
  • Clear communication and the ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Confidence using systems and tools such as MS Office highly regarded.
