We’re looking for a commercially minded and influential finance leader to join our Group Finance team as Senior Finance Manager – FP&A.

You will play a key regional role with responsibility across Oceania (Australia & New Zealand) and South-Central Southeast Asia (SCSEA), providing critical financial insight and planning leadership to support strategic decision-making and business performance.

You will lead APAC financial planning and analysis activities and lead the Group FP&A team, with two direct reports, delivering high-quality consolidated reporting, forecasts, budgets, Mid Term Plan outputs and performance insights. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening planning discipline, improving visibility of performance, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead APAC consolidation and performance reporting, delivering timely, accurate and insight-driven outputs for ELT and Board reporting
  • Own and drive the regional planning cycle, including forecasts, budgets, Mid Term Plan and target-setting processes
  • Partner with senior leaders across functions and geographies to identify risks, opportunities and actionable insights
  • Provide balance sheet and cashflow oversight across the region
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, governance and capability to enhance decision support
  • Lead and develop the FP&A team, with accountability for two direct reports, fostering capability, engagement and high performance

 

About You

 

  • CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified with strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or integrated business planning
  • Proven track record in a senior finance role within a large, complex or matrixed organisation (FMCG experience highly regarded)
  • Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and mid-term planning
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple markets, functions and leadership levels
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, capability uplift and driving better business outcomes
