About the Role:

Are you a seasoned Industrial Relations professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact in healthcare? Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is seeking an exceptional Manager, Workforce Relations to join our dedicated team. This ongoing, full-time position based in the Adelaide Metro Northern region will allow you to leverage your expertise and drive positive change within our dynamic organisation. In this role, you will provide expert and comprehensive industrial and employee relations consultancy, information and assistance to the NALHN Executive and senior managers to facilitate the management of all employee relations matters.

This role is the primary interface for NALHN on employee relations matters between senior managers, SA Health,  relevant employee associations and the South Australian Employment Tribunal.

In addition you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, developing and implementing workforce strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and industrial instruments.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of employment law and industrial relations practices. Your ability to navigate complex situations with tact and diplomacy will be instrumental in resolving conflicts and maintaining harmonious working relationships.
