Senior Coordinator, Prevention and Inclusion Training and Development

About the position
As the Senior Coordinator, Prevention and Inclusion Training and Development, you will:
- Lead the Prevention and Inclusion Training Program.
- Develop and deliver engaging face-to-face, online, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate on annual training plans, promotion, and evaluation initiatives.
- Support broader training initiatives and oversee student trainers.
- Report directly to the Manager of Prevention and Inclusion Campaigns and Training, working within a dedicated team of health promotion practitioners.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Completed degree in health promotion, education, psychology, mental health, social work or counselling with four years of subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Extensive experience in organisational development, coaching, facilitation of workshops and online content delivery
- Contemporary knowledge and attitude towards intersectional practice, equity and inclusion, mental illness, youth mental health and a commitment to evidence-based practice in mental health.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, non-stigmatising attitude towards mental illness and respect.
- Experience managing projects across the project cycle.
- Strong insight into the unique challenges impacting mental health and wellbeing in a university context.
- Expertise in applying trauma-informed frameworks to training delivery, benefiting audiences, colleagues, and self-care.
