- $100,166 to $110,189 (pro rata for part time) plus 17% Superannuation
- Position based at The Bouverie Centre, Brunswick with free onsite parking
About the Role
The Bouverie Centre is seeking a Project Officer to support the delivery of large-scale, industry-funded projects aimed at expanding family-inclusive practices across mental health and human services.
As part of the Development and Partnerships team, you will:
- Provide project planning, administration, and reporting support
- Manage budgets, project documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and implement project tools, templates, and processes
- Coordinate meetings, consultations, and governance processes
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive professional with:
- A relevant degree and at least 4 years’ experience in project management or a related field
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, and reporting
- A background in mental health, allied health, or training project delivery is highly desirable
