About the Role:
La Trobe University is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Information Services team. This role is instrumental in driving strategic IT initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions, and enhancing service quality across the University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects.
- Assess current processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges.
- Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
About You:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in business analysis methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Degree or relevant experience in business analysis, IT, or related fields.
