As our Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across Gaming Services—acting as the bridge between operational teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams. You’ll help shape a digital, customer-first, data-led environment by driving service reliability, stability, and continual improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the end-to-end management of incidents, problems, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption and fast recovery.

Acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point, maintaining strong relationships with business units, vendors, and technology stakeholders.
We're looking for a digitally savvy, service-oriented leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for enabling high-quality service delivery in complex environments.
Technical & Operational Expertise

Expertise in ITSM practices and frameworks (especially ITIL), including change, incident, and problem management.
