Are you passionate about operational excellence and supporting our frontline teams? We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Operations Leader to join our National Service Support Centre (SSC) – the first point of contact and Trusted Advisor to the Tabcorp Retail Network.

As the SSC Operations Leader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, resolving escalated network issues, and guiding SSC consultants as their first escalation point. You'll help drive process improvements, ensure service levels are met, and support compliance across systems and procedures.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the SSC Operations Manager and SSC Manager to manage and resolve escalated network and customer issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SSC systems, policies, and procedures to support compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to achieving service level targets through collaboration with the SSC Workforce Planning Manager.
• Provide leadership and operational support for SSC’s ‘business as usual’ activities.
