The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sponsorship, Events & Sports Content, you'll lead major racing and sports events, manage key partnerships, and elevate our TAB and Sky Racing brands. You'll be the connector between strategy and execution, turning sponsorships into standout brand moments.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-impact events with strong ROI across multiple states
• Manage and optimise sponsorships that align with our customer-first vision
• Build and nurture relationships with key racing, sporting and media partners
• Collaborate across marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Oversee contract negotiations and partner activations
• Own budgets, calendars, and post-event performance reviews

What You’ll Bring

• High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client centric environment
• 7+ years in marketing/events, with sponsorship experience
• Extensive experience managing corporate sponsorship relationships including the negotiation of contracts and terms of business
• A deep understanding of racing and sports industries
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business
• Racing and sports industry knowledge essential
