About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Head of Capital Markets to lead high-impact initiatives across investor relations and corporate development that drive long-term value. This role is central to how we communicate our financial story, engage with the investment community, and execute on transformational corporate development opportunities.
Reporting to the General Manager, Capital Markets, you’ll lead the charge in shaping our investor engagement strategy, and executing M&A and growth initiatives that support our strategic vision.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead key workstreams across investor relations and corporate development
- Deliver robust financial analysis to support M&A transactions, capital raises, and investor communications
- Execute complex transactions end-to-end—from due diligence to post-deal integration
- Monitor and report on industry trends, investor sentiment, and market intelligence
- Evaluate corporate development opportunities and build a strategic pipeline
- Engage directly with investors and analysts to communicate the company’s vision and performance
- Develop board-level presentation materials and lead investor roadshows and briefings
What You Bring
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong experience in investment banking, capital markets, or corporate development
- Proven track record in financial modelling, valuation, and strategic analysis
- Extensive experience with M&A deal execution, from diligence through integration
- Deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and investor dynamics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
