Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering risk-based audits across operational, financial, and technology areas
  • Overseeing co-sourced audit providers to ensure quality and consistency
  • Presenting insights and findings to senior stakeholders
  • Helping shape the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the audit function

About You

You’re a commercially minded auditor who sees beyond the checklist. You think strategically, influence with confidence, and enjoy driving improvement in complex, fast-moving environments. Your exceptional attention to detail and natural curiosity help you uncover insights others might miss.

You bring:

  • A strong track record in risk-based auditing

  • Experience leading complex audits and working with co-sourced teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholder
  • Industry experience in regulated and complex environments

You’ll be part of a high-calibre team, support decision-making at the top, and help shape how we manage risk across the business. You won’t just be ticking the boxes—you’ll be challenging them. This is a rare opportunity to lead with purpose and influence real change at one of Australia’s most recognisable brands.

You’ll also enjoy:

  • Flexible leave options, including cultural, volunteer, flexi and 18 weeks' parental leave
  • Access to our wellbeing app and Employee Assistance Program
