  • Lead compelling wagering and sports content initiatives that captivate listeners and stimulate wagering activity
  • Collaborate with production teams, on-air talent, editorial partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure regulatory and brand compliance
  • Develop show rundowns, manage live broadcast flow, and implement real-time editorial adjustments for maximum impact
  • Mentor and coach teams to elevate storytelling, sound quality, and creative execution
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across programming, workflows, and broadcast practices
  • Monitor and uphold the “sound of station” excellence – keeping us ahead of industry trends and audience expectations

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in radio production and editorial leadership, ideally within live or sports broadcasting
  • A strategic mindset with a sharp editorial instinct and deep understanding of storytelling through sound
  • A strong knowledge of the wagering industry and bookmaking principles
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills – able to inspire teams and influence cross-functional collaboration
  • Outstanding communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach in live, high-pressure environments
  • A commitment to delivering content that’s accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand values and compliance requirements
