What you’ll do
As Senior Manager - Digital Optimisation and Personalisation, you will lead a small team (5) as well as Tabcorp’s 24/7 omni-channel personalisation strategy across web, app, and retail digital POS. Leading the Digital Optimisation & Personalisation Team, you’ll connect our wagering and product roadmaps with the sporting calendar to deliver timely, relevant, and continuously improving customer experiences, underpinned by an analytical test-and-learn approach.
You’ll be the go-to expert in leveraging Adobe’s digital experience stack to create tailored, data-driven journeys that reflect our brand, meet customer needs, and align with Tabcorp’s strategic goals.
This role is required to work Tuesday to Saturday.
- Manage and optimise digital content across Tabcorp’s web, app and retail digital signage, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and performance.
- Lead the development and execution of personalisation strategies and projects that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Build, test, and iterate personalised experiences using Adobe Target, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Analyse performance data to uncover trends, test hypotheses, and inform ongoing optimisation efforts.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Trading, and Technology teams to ensure content and personalisation efforts align with broader business objectives.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of digital publishing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve Tabcorp’s digital experience.
- Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance across all content and personalisation initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in digital publishing, content management, and personalisation within a complex digital ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud – particularly Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- A passion for innovation, experimentation, and customer-centric thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strategic execution skills – turning vision into measurable outcomes.
- A digital-first mindset.
