What you’ll do 

As our Digital Optimisation & Personalisation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind personalised customer experiences across our digital platforms. You’ll bring expertise in digital publishing, content management, and optimisation, with a track record of delivering effective personalisation strategies. Detail-oriented and analytical, you’ll play a key role in driving our continuous test-and-learn program to improve how customers connect with our brand.

This role requires the successful candidate to work Tuesday – Saturday.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the creation, curation, and publication of high-quality digital content across Tabcorp’s web, app and retail digital signage environments.
  • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, ensuring timely publication and relevance.
  • Lead the development and execution of personalised content strategies to enhance user experience and drive audience engagement.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for personalisation and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital publishing and personalisation.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content engagement, experimentation and personalisation effectiveness.
  • Building activities and experiences within Adobe Target.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to optimise results.

What you’ll bring

  •  Proven experience in digital publishing, content management, and personalisation.
  • Deep expertise in the Adobe stack – especially Target, Analytics, and AEM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for innovation and customer-centric thinking.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic execution skills translating big ideas into measurable outcomes.
  • A digital-first mindset.
