As the GM Marketing, you’ll own the growth agenda. Commercially driven and strategic, you’ll set the vision, lead Tabcorp’s marketing by balancing creativity with analytics to deliver measurable business impact.

What you’ll do

  • Shape the brand – Raise the creative bar to build a compelling brand story and unrivalled customer experiences that drive awareness, trust, excitement and loyalty. Systematise creative testing (message, offer, format) to compound brand effects. 
  • Drive growth economics – Set and deliver targets across acquisition, retention, ARPU and LTV/CAC, ensuring marketing spend translates into real business outcomes.
  • Balance creativity with analytics – Lead breakthrough creative campaigns while embedding rigorous measurement systems (MMM, experimentation, MTA) to optimise performance.
  • Inspire and lead teams – Foster a high-performing, customer-obsessed marketing culture that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and creativity.
  • Partner across the business – Work with Product, broader wagering teams, Legal and Finance to ensure marketing strategy aligns with broader business goals.
  • Champion innovation – Drive a culture of testing, learning, and scaling what works.

Who you are

  • A seasoned, senior marketing leader, with a proven track record of driving both brand growth and commercial outcomes. You’ve delivered results in a highly regulated environment.
  • You have a strong creative instinct, able to inspire compelling campaigns that cut through.
  • Balance of both creative and commercial, with expertise in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, and growth economics.
  • Experienced leading data-driven measurement systems (MMM, experimentation, MTA).
  • You’re a collaborative leader with the ability to influence across executive and board levels.
  • You understand responsible wagering and regulatory frameworks, including harm minimisation and ACMA advertising rules.
  • You bring a passion for sport and the exciting experiences we create for our customers and employees.
