About the Role

As Finance Manager – Integrity Services, you’ll play a key role in the Commercial Finance team, supporting the General Manager – MAX across MAX Gaming and MAX Technical Services. You’ll take ownership of the P&L and Capex across MAX, providing insight, challenge, and strategic support to drive financial performance.

Specifically, you will:

• Partner with the GM MAX and MAX leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, month-end, and strategic decisions
• Lead the preparation of the three-year plan and key financial models for Gaming
• Oversee cost allocations and drive efficiency across revenue and expense areas
• Support new business proposals, industry partnerships, and loyalty initiatives
• Manage and develop a small finance team while ensuring reporting accuracy and integrity of key payments and taxes

About You

You’re an experienced finance professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders to shape commercial decisions. You thrive on ownership, enjoy solving complex problems, and bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to your work. You’ll also bring:

• 7+ years’ experience in financial or commercial management roles
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven capability in financial modelling, planning, and reporting accuracy
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Capital management experience and a focus on process improvement
• Gaming or similar industry experience (desirable but not essential)
