As a strategic risk leader who thrives in a regulated environment, you’ll have the ability to influence real change. You’ll join a team at the top of their game, partnering with Trading, Raceday Operations, and Call Centre teams to embed a proactive risk culture that makes a difference.
What You’ll Do
As a Risk Manager/ Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them navigate risk and compliance with confidence and clarity.
- Embed and operationalising Tabcorp’s enterprise risk and compliance frameworks
- Support risk identification, understanding key compliance obligations, and driving effective controls
- Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead risk governance forums and preparing insightful reporting for senior stakeholders
- Provide strategic risk advice on major change programs
- Uplifting risk capability and awareness across the organisation

We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or advisory
- Deep technical knowledge of risks and controls
- An analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and propose practical solutions
- Experience in large, regulated businesses or professional services
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
