How you'll be part of the action

As our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Systems and Compliance Lead, you will report to the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing and guide the governance that underpins our safety framework across multiple jurisdictions. You will strengthen compliance assurance, audit readiness, and psychosocial risk management, enabling accurate reporting and confident, insight‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead governance for our health, safety and wellbeing systems across jurisdictions
• Drive compliance assurance frameworks and regulatory readiness
• Deliver accurate reporting and timely statutory notifications
• Optimise system workflows to improve access, usability and insights
• Strengthen psychosocial risk management controls and processes
• Create clear governance documentation that supports strong decision‑making

What you'll need to succeed

You are a systems‑savvy safety professional who brings confidence, sound judgement, and a collaborative mindset. You know how to make complexity simple, influence without friction, and build trust through clarity and consistency.

• Experienced in leading safety systems and compliance governance
• Strong ability to interpret legislation across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven capability in managing audits and assurance programs
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actions
• Strong stakeholder skills with a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach
• Proven ability to support psychosocial risk management maturity
