Boral Construction Materials is seeking of proactive individuals with a 'can do' attitude to enlist in our Customer Service Agent Talent Pool for our North Ryde Contact Centre team.
If you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual then we want YOU to join our Customer Service Talent Pool based in our North Ryde Office on a Permanent Full Time basis!
As a Customer Solution Agent you will provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a monthly roster with shifts ranging between our opening hours Monday to Friday. This Permanent Part Time opportunity will see you working between 7am - 12.30pm or 9 am - 2.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Your day will involve:
- Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
- Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
Wat are we looking for?
- Be a punctual, professional and reliable team member, joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week.
- Enthusiastic customer focus, willing to be an integral part of a busy and efficient order-taking and distribution team
- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry is desirable
- Computer literate
- Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment.
