Your next opportunity

As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our warehouse based at Prestons. 

Your day will involve:

  • Unloading and loading vehicles using warehousing machinery, such as forklifts, to lift, place and move items and pallets
  • Goods inwards processing, checking incoming goods against delivery paperwork, inspecting and reporting any damages
  • Picking and packing orders, which involves collecting products and preparing for dispatch with the appropriate paperwork
  • Stock management - conducting daily inventory checks and stocktakes
  • Scheduling and ordering of daily transport requirements complying with safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment
  • Provide day to day customer service and administration support to the Packaged Products Distribution team.

What are we looking for?

  • Must have good interpersonal and organisation skills
  • A demonstrable customer focus with a strong sense of service delivery
  • Forklift Licence preferred
  • Proven experience picking, packing, checking and dispatching of orders
  • Inventory and stocktaking experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
