Sales Coordinator

Your next opportunity:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in the management of customer accounts and key relationships. This is a 12 month Maternity Leave Contract with full time working hours based at our Perth Airport office.
Your day will involve:
- Support sales strategies in conjunction with our Sales Managers for Concrete and Quarries
- Provide support in quotations and pricing
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and contracts for tenders
- Assist the sales team with managing the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce)
- Prepare reports for the sales team regarding customer order progression
- Implement and maintain an efficient document control system
What are we looking for?
- Strong administration experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent people skills and communication skills
- Experience with document control systems and practices
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Experience in the construction or Concrete industry (Advantageous)
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce preferred)
- Detail-orientated with a focus on accuracy
- A dedication to quality and a willingness to learn
