We are thrilled to present a permanent, casual opportunity for a dedicated Boat Operator to become an integral part of our dynamic and dedicated team. As the latest addition to our workforce, you will undertake responsibility for ensuring the secure and proficient operation of our boat/plant equipment located at our Grafton site! 

Your day will involve: 

• Operation of Marine vessels
• Operation of mobile Equipment
• Basic maintenance and plant housekeeping
• Active participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activities
• Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting

What are we looking for? 

• AMSA Marine Qualifications (Master <45m)
• HR truck licence is advantageous but not essential
• Quarry experience highly regarded, but not essential
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
