We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager to lead and elevate our digital channel efforts for Boral. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is driven by the challenge of enhancing customer interactions through digital channels. 

Your day will involve 

  • Ensure our digital channel delivers exceptional experiences end to end. 
  • Develop and execute customer strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention driving volume and growth.  
  • Retain customers by enhancing their digital journey and engagement. 
  • Develop and manage relationships with third-party partners to deliver outstanding digital experiences. 
  • Drive growth and sales through innovative digital strategies and partnerships. 
  • Identifying digital enhancements to drive service sufficiencies and competitive advantage  
  • Design and oversee a comprehensive digital channel roadmap that drives customer satisfaction, retention and growth. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. 
  • Continuously assess and refine digital strategies to maximize customer and organisational goals. 

What are we looking for? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Communication, Human Resources, or related field. 

  • 6+ years of experience in digital channel management and user experience  

  • Proven experience in digital customer experience management, particularly in mobile channels. 

  • Strong background in driving customer engagement, retention and growth through digital platforms. 

  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. 

  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide and inspire teams towards achieving strategic goals. 

  • Excellent communication in effective collaboration with stakeholders and external partners. 

  • Experience in project management and customer journey mapping. 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute impactful digital strategies.
