Boral is looking for an experienced Boilermaker to join our Workshop team based at our centralised maintenance workshop at Stonyfell. Reporting to the Team Leader/Supervisor your primary responsibilities will be to carry out maintenance and repairs on fixed and mobile plant throughout South Australia.

Your day will involve:

  • Undertaking and completion of scheduled maintenance, servicing, repairs, breakdowns and general fleet maintenance.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of vehicle to identify potential issues and prevent future problems
  • Completion of all necessary paperwork - maintenance checklists, work orders, service reports.

What are we looking for?

  • Cert 3 in Engineering
  • Experienced and competent with both Stick and Mig
  • Self-Motivated and the ability to work in a team or independently
  • Site experience preferred but not essential
  • Quarry or Mining background would be an advantage
  • High attention to detail and quality of workmanship a must.
  • Experience in heavy structural steel fabrication
  • Current Drivers’ Licence
