We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Contract & Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Milton. In this role, you will provide administration support to the SEQ Concrete Major Projects & Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide superior service to all customers through the appropriate administration of the concrete supply agreements during and on completion of the works. Additionally, the Contracts and Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations across customer service, order processing, and logistics coordination.
Your day will involve:
- Review concrete supply agreements / contracts and ensure obligations are reflected in Boral Procedures toolbox talks, and other training or operational documents as requested
- Ensure projects are kept up to date with correct pricing and supply requirements as per concrete supply agreements and variations
- Complete daily price validations for concrete supply major projects
- Assist the sales team with claims – pricing, purchasing, and administration of pricing schedules
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases (e.g., CRM systems)
- Complete daily price validations
- Assist with sales reports, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience with contract administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Understanding of the construction industry and different forms of construction contracts
- Experience with Command Series highly desirable
