Your next opportunity 
As a Pricing Process Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Boral’s pricing capabilities across our product lines. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Credit, Finance, IT, and Operations—to streamline pricing processes, implement best practices, and create a seamless customer experience.
 
Your day will involve: 
  • Analyse and optimise pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Document pricing processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency across teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements to pricing tools and systems
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the development and rollout of pricing strategies and governance frameworks
  • Provide training and support to operational teams on pricing systems and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and pricing policies 
 
What are we looking for? 
  • Proven experience in pricing or process improvement roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in pricing software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive change
