We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales leader to join our Asphalt business in Victoria, playing a key role in strategically growing our business, making a strong impact across the state and continuing to drive Boral’s long-standing market presence.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding and collaborating with the Sales & Estimating team to ensure that projects are tendered and managed consistent with business and client expectations, whilst aiming to meet business growth targets through preparation of quotes, offers, tenders and EOI’ to maximise margin.
Leading a skilled team comprising of Estimators and Key Account Managers, you will ensure high standards are upheld and align with the ‘Boral Way’, as well as lead by example as a key representative of the business to the external market.
