Based in our Wollert Quarry and reporting to the Quarry Manager, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor, whose primary focus will be on the day-to-day operations of the Quarry.

Your day will involve:

• Leading a Zero Harm commitment to safety and ensuring compliance with all Boral and Statutory OH&S and Environmental requirements. 
• Assisting and coordinating operations to meet financial budgets and product output requirements. 
• Growing strong customer relationships and ensuring that external and internal customers receive a high quality and professional service. 
• Ensuring supplied quarry and concrete products meet the relevant Australian Standards and customer specifications. 
• Planning and organising site production activities. 
• Maintaining and driving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the site. 

What are we looking for?

• A proven ability and experience in managing manufacturing operations. 
• Experience in managing or supervising quarries or mining operations. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage a Zero Harm work environment. 
• Demonstrated experience in using computer-based programs. 
• Ability to lead and engage a team of employees. 
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. 
• Exceptional people management and communication skills and 
• Personal drive and a can-do attitude.
