Your next opportunity
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will participate in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment at our Blacktown Concrete Plant.
Your day will involve:
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks such as cleaning shovelling, sweeping and hosing
- Safely operate a forklift and Front End Loader
- Assist with the batching of concrete
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Ensuring Boral Policies are adhered to
- Assisting the plant supervisor with any ad hoc duties
- Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
What are we looking for?
- A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
- Forklift licence and Front End Loader ticket – preferable
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Ensuring Boral Policies are adhered to
- Sound computer literacy working with multiple systems and safety reporting
