Supporting SEQ Quarries, you’ll own the end‑to‑end maintenance cycle, improving reliability, safety and performance. Working with Quarry Managers & Supervisors you will be responsible for coordinating and administering the full maintenance work management cycle across quarry operations.
This is a permanent full time role which can be based at any one of our SEQ sites or in our Milton office in Brisbane.
Your day will involve:
- Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and manage monthly asset care activities
- Plan and develop weekly, monthly and shutdown maintenance schedules
- Create, prioritise and close out work orders while maintaining accurate records
- Ensure labour, parts, tooling and resources are available for planned work
- Monitor backlog and prioritise critical and high-risk maintenance tasks
- Maintain Maximo data integrity and produce reports on performance and compliance
- Partner with site teams to align maintenance plans with operational priorities
- Identify risks, delays and improvement opportunities across maintenance processes
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, building strong relationships on site, and making a tangible impact on performance, safety and reliability.
What are we looking for?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, with strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience with CMMS (e.g. SAP, MEX, Pronto, Oracle EAM or similar)
- Understanding of maintenance work management and asset care/reliability principles
- Experience in heavy industry (quarrying, mining, construction or similar)
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and focus on compliance
