About the Opportunity         

Boral have an exciting opportunity for a Site Co-Ordinator for a permanent full-time role to provide effective and efficient contract support to the project management of the Northeast Link Project.  

Duties Include: 

• On-site coordination, collaboration and communication with customers, project managers and construction managers to determine site readiness, product requirements, concrete pours and concrete deliveries 
• Contribute to the effective and efficient planning of production, site deliveries and truck/fleet utilisation 
• Support the Project Manager, Site Manager, Allocator and Batcher in the forward planning of production, logistics and operations 
• Review and communicate site safety procedures, requirements, access and plans and instigate corrective actions where needed 
• Utilise in-house systems for all reporting (Command-Alkon suite of products)

• Construction related site coordination and project experience is desirable

• Flexible with working hours to match customer schedule (including some weekend and night works) 
• Strong proactive work ethic with high attention to detail 
• Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Tech savvy with intermediate computer skills 
• Ability to be a lateral thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
