We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑driven Administration Officer to support key administrative processes, including Purchase Orders, Safety Compliance and Plant and Supplier coordination. This role suits someone who enjoys getting the details right, can manage a high‑volume workload and plays well as part of a collaborative team.
Your day will involve:

Submit and track Purchase Order requests - ensuring record keeping, timely delivery and completion.

Maintain Purchasing Register with a high level of accuracy and deliver regular Expense reports to Site Manager.

Source quotes when required.

Maintain and retrieve a large volume of site documents and records.

Support Site Manager in maintaining confidential Personnel records i.e. emergency contact details.

Maintain office and amenity stocks.
What are we looking for?

Experience in using Oracle/eAM and purchasing applications and maintenance databases (desirable).

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google equivalents.

Proven ability and experience in administrative operations.

An understanding of the key components/assets and processes around quarry plants is desirable.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment
