Your day will involve:
- Building face-to-face relationships with civil contractors, councils and project teams.
- Finding new customers and growing the accounts you manage.
- Selling on value.
- Taking projects from first opportunity through to delivery with our operations teams.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in sales or account management, working to targets, ideally in Quarry or Civil.
- Confident using CRM and quoting systems, such as Salesforce.
- A good grasp of how projects are delivered and the materials that go into them.
- A self-starter who is curious, proactive and drives their own accounts.
