Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 (Dependent on experience)

Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for a Transport Planning Team Lead to join our Coryton site — someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys leading people, and wants to make a real difference to customer experience and operational success.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics or transport planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the daily delivery plan — from scheduling to reconciliation.
  • Responding quickly to real-time challenges (vehicle issues, emergencies, last-minute customer needs).
  • Communicating clearly with Customer Service, Distribution, and Planning teams.
  • Coaching and developing your team through regular feedback and reviews.
  • Supporting site initiatives including safety meetings, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Control of KPI’s through tiered accountability meetings
