PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
  • To support the Benefits Shared Service Centre team to administer rewards, employee welfare and benefits, and engagement programmes in accordance to statutory/legislative, business unit and Group rules and policies
  • This holder of this position will provide support to one or more business units as assigned.  The business units assigned are subject to change and the holder will be informed accordingly of such changes by Head, Benefits SSC or Head, C&B COE

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Working knowledge of Employment Act, Child Development Co-Savings Act, and Work Injury Compensation Act
  • Digitally savvy with intermediate competence in MS Office suite
  • Good interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Good written communication in English
  • Self-motivated
  • Result-oriented
  • Team-oriented and able to work individually
  • Agile mindset and adaptable to change
  • Preferred IHRP certified
