Responsibilities:

Prepare pitch books and proposals for potential deals & mandates.
Prepare financing proposals tailored to the specific requirements of prospective clients.
Prepare documents for submissions to and liaising with the relevant authorities for approvals.
Prepare Information Memorandum and other marketing materials.
Prepare credit papers on underwriting or subscription arrangement for credit committee’s approval.
Review legal documents and coordinate legal documentation process as well as compliance of conditions precedent.
Liaise with in-house Agency Unit on pre and post issuance administration and agency functions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years related experience in debt capital markets or corporate banking.
Good analytical, writing & communication skills.
Good knowledge of debt capital markets product.
A team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
