Working with some of Australia's largest corporations, you will apply an understanding of HR processes in order to consult & make recommendations to the configuration of their people management systems. This role involves coordinating projects and ensuring all the tasks are covered and completed for project delivery.

You will be involved in:
- Organising and facilitating meetings
- Advising HR teams of some of Australia's largest corporations
- Coordinating projects and aligning delivery dates
- Assisting clients with their system configuration
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in project coordination
- High level organisational and time-management skills including the ability to plan, manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear concise & professional communication both verbal and written
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work proficiently with various computer programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed problem solving skills
Ideally you have a background in HR/Recruitment or have had experience using online recruitment software. You may have HR/Recruitment Administration experience and are looking for a change into a project environment.
This is a busy role and requires you to hit the ground running. With high volumes of work, you will need to be self motivated, continually wanting to learn and be able to work as part of a team. Some interstate travel will be required.
