(HE06) $89,383 to $96,550 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fulltime fixed term position for 5 months.

The Project Officer will support the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences through the exciting transition into the new Adelaide University, assisting in the coordination and delivery of key strategic projects.

This role is all about collaboration. You’ll work closely with a variety of teams and stakeholders, helping ensure that key projects run smoothly during the merger process. While you’ll be managing tasks and meeting deadlines, you’ll also be encouraged to contribute ideas and help improve things along the way. It’s an exciting time to be involved in shaping the future of Adelaide University, and this role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering projects (or similar tasks and activities) in challenging environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications with various stakeholders, to provide professional, responsive and client centric results.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation and prioritisation skills, including being proactive and outcomes focused.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, applying effective problems solving skills, and being innovative and creative in generating solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
