We’re looking for a Senior Applications Support Analyst to join the Application Support team.
If you’re customer focused and thrive on solving complex problems and keeping business-critical platforms humming, then this would be an excellent opportunity.
About you
Experience: 5+ years in application or technical support, with a track record of leading the resolution of high‑priority incidents.
Technical depth: Advanced knowledge of Control‑M and enterprise line‑of‑business systems (CPIS experience a bonus).
Methodology: Comfortable applying ITIL practices; ITIL v4 certification highly regarded.
Soft skills: Clear communicator, relationship builder, natural coach and calm under pressure.
What you’ll do
Own and resolve critical incidents and outages, mobilising cross‑functional resources to restore service fast.
Provide expert second‑ and third‑level support for WorkCover’s core applications, driving continuous improvement and problem management.
Review and approve change requests, ensuring stability and minimal risk to business operations.
Coach and mentor team‑mates, championing ITIL v4 best practice and knowledge‑sharing.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk teams to fulfil information requests and proactively manage technology risk.
Document repeatable processes and contribute to projects to ensure supportability from day one.
