People Experience Business Partner – 6 month Contract

You’ll contribute to: 

As an HR (People Experience) Business Partner, you are pragmatic and flexible, understanding there are many solutions to any business issue. You are a strong relationship builder with high integrity and can foster trust easily. You have an excellent ability to communicate, facilitate and deal with ambiguity. You are confident in your ability to partner to deliver on operational requirements in a way that makes a positive difference to the people at WorkCover.   

A bit about you: 

You have tertiary qualifications in human resources coupled with extensive on-the-job experience, and have expert capability across employee relations and case management, including:   

• Managing highly complex employment matters & investigations  

• Providing industrial relations and employee relations advice with the ability to convey legislative requirements in a tailored way.  

• Performance, conduct and health management.  

• Drafting high level correspondence tailored to the audience – ensuring legislative provisions are met.
