This role plays a pivotal part in the efficient management of accounts receivable and ensuring effective debt collection activities. As a Premium and Credit Recovery Representative, you will work with customers to resolve outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, contribute to strategies that reduce debtor days and improve cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring relevant and/or transferable experience from areas such as customer service, accounts receivable, debt collection, insurance administration, or high-volume processing. Familiarity with WorkCover’s CPIS system, or relevant legislation is a bonus, but not essential. They demonstrate strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a proactive customer orientated and outcomes approach to problem-solving. With a collaborative mindset, they contribute positively to team objectives and are committed to continuous improvement.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with established experience in frontline customer service or call centre roles who are looking to expand their skills and take on new challenges. You’ll be supported to grow and make a real impact within our Credit Services and Recoveries team.
