We're looking for a ServiceNow Practice Lead to join the Service Operations team within the Digital and Technology Group.
As our ServiceNow Practice Lead, you will provide leadership and guidance on the technical delivery of our ServiceNow strategy, leveraging platform capabilities to align with strategic objectives and future capability roadmaps.

Lead technical staff in application maintenance, performance monitoring, error remediation, and upgrade planning

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: ITSM (essential) and SM, Disco, SAM, HAM, SIR, VRM (highly desirable)

Technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GLIDE SCRIPTING, XHTML, Workflow and UI development, ServiceNow ITSM Application
