As a Customer Advisor within the Employability team, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a specialist portfolio of injured workers, providing by providing a proactive and personalised claims experience to support their return-to-work or to help improve their employability. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling customer interactions, injury disclosures, and mock interviews.
The ideal candidate will understand the importance of building strong relationships with all stakeholders to help claimants successfully achieve their return-to-work goals. You’ll influence outcomes and maintain claim hygiene as part of a supportive team!
