We’re looking for a Manager - Fraud to join the Risk group.
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Integrity and participating in the Regulatory Integrity Division Leadership Team (RI DLT), the Manager - Fraud will ensure the collaboration across the function to enable our vision to be the best workers' compensation insurer and make a positive difference to people's lives.
This is a critical role where you’ll lead fraud prevention, detection and response initiatives, managing complex investigations and driving proactive risk management aligned with legislative and organisational priorities.

Oversee investigations into fraud and misconduct across the scheme, including workers, employers, providers and internal matters.

Empower a safe and inclusive team environment within the Fraud function, focusing on engagement and high performance in line with People frameworks and policies, while driving initiatives for development and team cohesion.

Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, Criminology, or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications viewed as highly advantageous.

Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing investigation teams, with a strong focus on fraud detection and prevention.

Experience leading complex fraud investigations, including personal injury insurance, legal, financial services, fraud/criminal investigations, and/or complex workplace investigations.
