Pepperdine University School of Speech-Language Pathology is seeking appointments for Adjunct Instructor for its developing online graduate program - the Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology. The Master's in Speech Language Pathology plans to enroll its first cohort of students in Fall 2025 (pending accreditation). Adjunct Instructor applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis depending on curriculum needs each term. The number of Adjunct Instructors hired for each term will vary depending upon enrollment and program needs. Financial Assistance Administrative Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Financial Assistance Administrative Coordinator manages all front desk responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to, hiring and supervising student employees (who are the primary point of contact for students, families and other departments), routing emails, incoming mail, phone calls, walk-in traffic, scheduling appointments and assisting students and families with appeals. This position will serve as the main point-of-contact for students, families, and student employees, working to communicate effectively with them on an intellectual, emotional, and spiritual level to ensure they understand the financial assistance process.

The Marketing Communications Specialist serves as a member of the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team and reports to the Associate Director of Alumni Marketing and Communications. In collaboration with the Associate Director and key university stakeholders, this role supports the Center for the Arts, the Weisman Museum, and the Fine Arts Division of Seaver College. The specialist executes campaigns and produces marketing materials across digital, email, print, web, and social media platforms. Using qualitative and quantitative data, the specialist evaluates the effectiveness of outreach efforts and supports continuous improvement in messaging, content, and engagement tactics. Through these efforts, the specialist deepens alumni engagement through the arts, represents Pepperdine to arts-minded audiences, and cultivates sustained support for the University.
Engagement Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the success of the department through strategic engagements on behalf of the department. Engagements include on-campus events and programming, campus outreach to different populations and departments, website upkeep, social media presence, and maintenance of the overall representation of HRL to current and prospective students and families. Accordingly, they help to develop a positive relationship with university and external constituents on behalf of the department. The RelateStrong Director guides the direction and focus of RelateStrong, expanding its reach and brand; writes, edits, publishes, and coordinates curriculum; writes grant proposals; trains leaders; and presents seminars and workshops locally and nationally.
