Warehouse/Service Specialist 2 Malibu Campus
The position directly supports the Pepperdine's Department of Facility Services with repair materials for the Malibu Campus. The position manages and distributes inventory and maintenance materials to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of campus facilities and equipment. Assist Central Receiving with the processing of parcels and freight; maintain accurate records of inventory received and issued; perform other related duties as assigned. Operate Warehouse Forklift and Material Handling equipment in the performance of duties.
Office Manager Malibu Campus
The Pepperdine University Counseling Center is a confidential space where students can receive support around a variety of mental health concerns ranging widely in focus and severity. The Office Manager supervises administrative support in the Counseling Center. They are also responsible for the coordination and timely delivery of administrative tasks that undergird a smooth delivery of services. The Office Manager provides direct assistance to the Counseling Center Director, and serves as a project supervisor for the Director's desk. The Office Manager works alongside the Counseling Center Administrative Assistant(s) to create a warm and welcoming environment at the Center. They offer excellent customer service and sustain a harmonious ambiance for all who enter. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model. By facilitating students' mental health care, this position helps strengthen students so that they are able to make the most of their Pepperdine education, and lead a life of purpose, service, and leadership.
Graphic Designer Calabasas Campus
The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in leading the creative communications process for Pepperdine University and its five schools. As part of University Marketing and Communications at Pepperdine, this position is responsible for many of the University's high profile communications pieces and serves a key communication liaison for the team. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Creative, the Graphic Designer will assist the assistant director and other IMC staff in designing major communications pieces that reach Pepperdine’s largest, external audiences. The Graphic Designer has the tools to create, integrate, analyze, synthesize and visualize vast amounts of information. Collaborates with production artists, photographers, illustrators, prepress technicians, printers, developers, and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project.
Senior Associate Athletic Director of External Relations Malibu Campus
The Senior Associate Athletics Director of External Relations will lead and execute the brand, marketing and revenue generation strategies for Pepperdine Athletics, using a data driven approach. Reporting to the director of athletics, the position will have oversight of marketing/fan experience, communications, video, ticketing and sponsorships. In addition, this position will serve as the primary liaison to Pepperdine Advancement working in close collaboration to drive fundraising strategies. The position will work in close collaboration with Integrated Marketing and Communication to develop brand strategies that measurably enhance the national reputation of Pepperdine Athletics and Pepperdine University, particularly its Christian mission. The position will also work with campus business services to grow campus partnerships such as licensing and apparel. The Senior Associate AD will serve on the senior leadership team of the athletics department and will act as a sport administrator as assigned by the director of athletics.

Director of Clinical Academic Practice Partnerships, School of Nursing Calabasas Campus
The School of Nursing (SON) at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate for the Director of Clinical Academic Practice Partnerships for its developing nursing programs, currently a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and an Entry Level Master’s Degree in Nursing (ELM). The director reports to the Dean of the SON and collaborates with Associate Dean of Prelicensure Programs to lead and manage the clinical educational experiences, including placements, for all nursing programs. Director of Simulation and Skills Education Calabasas Campus
The director will report jointly to the Dean of the SON and the Dean of the CHS. The director’s primary responsibilities are directed to the SON. However, as the director of all clinical education facilities in the CHS, the director will be expected to work collaboratively with the Dean of the School of SLP, future program deans/directors, and faculty/staff across the CHS to lead and manage the clinical educational experiences for all CHS healthcare programs.
Director of Regional Development, Pacific Northwest Region Remote
The primary purpose of this position is to build prospect and donor relationships, raise financial support, and increase the donor base for Pepperdine University in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S. The position focuses primarily on major and principal gift prospects with a capacity to make gifts of $25,000 to $1,000,000+, with primary emphasis on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to the University and building stronger alumni engagement and leadership within the Pacific Northwestern region of the United States. Health and Wellbeing Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Health and Wellbeing Coordinator (HWC) serves as the University leader and facilitator of campus Health and Well-being programs and initiatives. This role works closely with campus partners encompassing the functional areas of student well-being, including but not limited to the Student Health Center (SHC), the Counseling Center (CC), and Title IX. The HWC plans, delivers, and evaluates a comprehensive well-being program for Pepperdine students, emphasizing enriching the student experience by connecting them with services that aim to improve evidence-based behaviors that directly contribute to their overall well-being. The HWC additionally serves as the organizational leader for the Student Wellness Advisory Board (SWAB) to ensure the SWAB mission and vision are consistent with health and well-being program goals and expectations from the Counseling Center, Student Health Center, and Title IX office.

Under direction of the Supervisor, Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, perform physical labor for a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment. Building Maintenance Technician Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Mechanical Services and the Manager, Maintenance Services for the department of Facilities Services (DFS) and in collaboration with your colleagues, perform all duties related to the maintenance operation for facilities equipment throughout campus facilities on assigned days of the week.
Carpenter/Painter 1 Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager, Maintenance Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, provide maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring.
