The Academic Advisor for the College of Health Sciences (CHS) plays a vital role in supporting student success by providing holistic advising services beginning at the time of initial engagement, continuing through application, matriculation, and enrollment, and persisting through program completion and graduation. This position guides students through their academic journeys by helping them explore educational pathways and access key college resources, including prerequisite completion, program requirements, enrollment policies, financial assistance counseling, and transfer guidance. Utilizing professional advising and guidance skills, the Academic Specialist assesses the individual needs of students and offers tailored support to promote academic planning, progress, and timely degree completion.
With its initial academic programs scheduled to begin in August 2025, the College of Health Science is early in its development. As needs arise, the Academic Specialist must be adaptable and adept at responding to unexpected requests and responsibilities should they arise. Additionally, it is reasonable to expect that as the college grows and develops, the Academic Specialist’s duties will evolve within the area of student services to meet program and college performance metrics and objectives and provide support for the college’s students, schools, and programs. |

Bringing excellence to all aspects of work, and serving as a front-line representative of the Villa Graziadio Executive Center, the Night Audit/Front Desk position is responsible for overseeing guest check-ins, check-outs, handling inquiries, reconciling financials at the end of day, processing payments, while delivering excellent customer service and hospitality, reflective of Pepperdine University. This role helps ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all guests, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires experience in customer service, with an understanding of event operations and a proactive approach to hospitality. |

The Assistant Director of Marketing reports to the Executive Director of Enrollment Marketing and Digital Strategy as part of the Performance Marketing, Data, and Analytics team. This role supports enrollment marketing across digital and non-digital channels as needed, leading digital marketing initiatives to align with the university's mission and institutional goals.
The Assistant Director develops and implements strategic digital marketing initiatives to enhance recruitment yield and drive increased enrollment. They oversee digital marketing efforts, including paid media campaigns, website management, and email marketing, while collaborating with agency partners to optimize performance across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks.
This role is also integral to data management and reporting, ensuring the accuracy of data flow into systems and maintaining data integrity. The Assistant Director tracks campaign performance, develops insights, and optimizes digital marketing strategies to maximize return on investment. |
Vice Chancellor, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School

The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan. |
