Stand out from the crowd
Emphasise your achievements and strengths throughout the interview and back up what you say with real examples. Examples don’t have to be work-based. We’re just as interested in what you’ve achieved at home, outside of work or while at school.
Take your time
It’s not about answering questions quickly. It’s about the quality of the examples you provide.
Prepare what you are going to talk about
There may not be a set format for our interviews, but you can guarantee we will ask you about your previous employment and your values and aspirations.

Get the simple stuff right
Work out well in advance how you are going to get to your interview. Make sure you are presentable. Turn up on time.
