It’s you we’ve chosen to interview, so why pretend to be anyone else?

If you really want to find out what we’re all about, why not pop into one of our hotels and talk to the team?

Stand out from the crowd

Emphasise your achievements and strengths throughout the interview and back up what you say with real examples. Examples don’t have to be work-based. We’re just as interested in what you’ve achieved at home, outside of work or while at school.

Take your time

It’s not about answering questions quickly. It’s about the quality of the examples you provide.

Prepare what you are going to talk about

There may not be a set format for our interviews, but you can guarantee we will ask you about your previous employment and your values and aspirations.
