We're expanding rapidly in Germany, offering quality accommodation at unbeatable prices. Now, we're on the lookout for a talented Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team in Frankfurt.

As our Talent Leader, you'll direct recruitment efforts to support our operations across the region. Based in Frankfurt, you'll lead a dynamic team dedicated to filling key roles that keep our client-facing business running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • In your new role as the head of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of the Talent Acquisition Life Cycle, with a particular focus on hotel operations.
  • You will lead, coach and develop a team of experts around the topics of Talent Attraction, Talent Selection and Recruiting.
  • You are responsible for the definition of KPIs and reports as well as the creation of a regular reporting package for our senior stakeholders and provide insights into the successes and challenges of our talent acquisition with meticulous target/actual analyses and well-founded comments.
  • You identify promising trends in recruiting for us and implement them with passion and initiative in order to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and adapt it to the dynamic requirements of the market.
  • You ensure that vacancies are filled quickly and smoothly, both in our Support Centre and in Hotel Operations, always with the aim of an outstanding candidate experience and highly satisfied Hiring Managers.
  • You are the driving force behind building and maintaining a strong and inspiring employer brand that people want to be a part of. You will ensure that Premier Inn Germany stands out from the competition, supports our business strategy and acts as a magnet for the best talent.
  • You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring the costs and budget for the Talent Acquisition department.
  • You act as a central interface and advise managers and HR managers on filling challenging positions and are the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

What We Need

  • You have already worked in a comparable position in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and have experience in leading, developing and motivating teams.
  • Ideally you already have experience in volume recruiting, preferably in the hotel or catering industry.
  • You have strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Your confident demeanour and strong relationship and stakeholder management skills enable you to communicate excellently at all hierarchical levels.
  • You are passionate, committed, business and team orientated and have a structured working style.
  • With your strong analytical skills, you find it easy to define and interpret relevant reporting processes and KPIs.
  • You love working in a dynamic and international environment, enjoy trying out new things and are open to the changes brought about by digitalisation.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and enjoy working in an intercultural environment.
